### Ingredients
2 Cans of Black Beans
1 Can of Corn
100g Quinoa
50g Flaxseed Powder
50g Nutritional Yeast
50g Vital Wheat Gluten
50g Chia Flour
250g Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs
Cumin
Cayenne
Chili Powder
Paprika
Oregano
Coriander Powder
Salt
Pepper
### Directions
1. Mash or blend black beans until they are mostly pureed. It doesn't hurt if this isn't perfect.
2. Cook quinoa with water until it's done
3. Add all remaining ingredients into a bowl, and mix with a spoon until the mixture is able to come together. It's possible that more bread crumbs, flaxseed powder, or chia flour will be needed depending on the moisture of all the other ingredients. These three ingredients are what bring the patties together. (Chia flour is simply ground chia seeds).
4. Press into patty shapes; this should make about 12 large, 18 medium, or 24 small burgers weighing 150g, 100g, or 75g respectively.
5. Sear on each side until caramelized and heated thoroughly. (Evil, inner monologue: deep fry them)
6. Serve with your favorite burger accessories such as buns, tomatoes, spinach, and BBQ sauce.
