### Ingredients
Onion, 1
Carrots, 2-3
Celery, Heart + half the stalks
Cabbage, 1 small to medium sized
Beets, 4 medium
Jalapenos or similar, 2
1 block pressed tofu
Various Mushrooms
Tomato Paste, half a can
Dill, fresh or dried
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Chili powder
Paprika powder
Cayenne powder or similar (if spicy is desired)
Bay leaves, 4
Mushroom powder (made by grinding dried mushrooms; optional)
Salt & MSG
Parsley, fresh
### Directions
1. Cut first 8 ingredients and add them to a very large pot
2. Add water
3. Add tomato paste
4. Add spices except for parsley
5. Mix and boil for 90 minutes, stirring occasionally
6. Chop parsley finely and set aside for use as garnish
