#### Ingredients Coconut Milk, 1 can Sugar, to sweeten Salt, a pinch Vanilla or other flavor Agar Agar, 1g Berries, as desired Mint, as garnish Rose water Rose petals Pistachios Oil the ramekin if you want it to come out of the container more easily. I made a blueberry compote at the bottom, might wanna freeze it before hand to prevent it from mixing with the panna cotta while it's hot. #### Directions 1. Combine coconut milk, sugar, salt, and vanilla into a pot and bring to a simmer 2. Add agar agar, and simmer 4 minutes. Blend if necessary to prevent clumps 3. Remove from heat, and if the agar got lumpy, make sure to strain. 4. Now put into ramekins or mason jars, filling about half way or so 5. Chill to set, about one hour 6. Garnish with berries and mint to serve
