### Ingredients
Onion
Celery
Bell Pepper
Carrot
1kg tomatoes
White Beans, 2 cans
Oregano
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Basil powder
Bouillon, if desired
200g Dry Pasta, such as ditalini, stelline, or orecchiette
Parmesan, non-dairy
Basil, fresh
### Directions
1. Chop onion, celery, bell pepper, tomatoes, and carrot. Add to large soup pot
2. Rinse beans, and add to pot
3. Add spices
4. Add enough water for it to be a soup
5. Cook for about 45 minutes
6. Add pasta and cook about 12 minutes, or until pasta is done
7. Top with shredded parmesan
8. Garnish with basil
