### Ingredients
150g Quinoa
1 Can (or 250g dried) Chickpeas
10 Cherry Tomatoes
25g Arugula
2 Oranges
30g Lemon Juice
15g Vinegar
45g Olive oil
### Directions
1. Cook quinoa
2. Drain chickpeas
3. Quarter cherry tomatoes
4. Chiffonade or chop arugula
5. Cut orange segments into thirds
6. Combine in a bowl lemonjuice, olive oil, and vinegar and mix.
